Create an exclusive experience for VIP guests at the debut of a new regional event - MAGIC Miami.

Nothing is more Miami than warm tropical nights by the ocean, dancing, and resortwear fashion. With that in mind, our goal was to host an exclusive after hours offsite experience that allowed VIP guests to sip, shop, mingle - while embracing the spirit and scenery of Miami.

Partnered with America & Beyond, a legacy exhibitor of the MAGIC community for 10+ years and local fashion brand, to co-host and produce a Miami themed yacht party.

This partnership allowed us to incorporate local resort wear product and resources while reducing costs. Together, our teams were able to host an unforgettable evening that allowed guests to celebrate, network, and discover some of the best product available at the MAGIC Miami fashion trade event.

With 100+ guests in attendance - some of our most notable attendees included Ocean Drive Magazine, Everything But Water, Shades Boutique, Storm Surf Shop, and more.

MAGIC social and brand ambassadors produced engaging content around the evening + amazing product available to shop at America & Beyond or wholesale at their booth throughout day 2 of the MAGIC Miami trade event. An international retail buyer in attendance visited their exhibitor booth the next day putting in one of the largest wholesale orders of the event.

A successful VIP event that generated awareness, press, and premium content - while increasing event revenue.
